Shipping & Returns

Items are shipped same day or next day after payment has cleared. Economy shipping is free, and can take up to 5-7 business days to be delivered. There are options to select expedited shipping such as standard, 2 day, 3 day, or overnight shipping.

We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. If you would like a specific carrier, please contact our customer service team and we will accommodate your request as best we can.

If an item must be cancelled by us for any reason, you will be notified by email within 24 hours of cancellation.

 

We strongly encourage all of our customers to thoroughly inspect your items once received to make certain they are as described and in perfect working condition.

Items may be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label. If you cannot print a return label we can mail one to you. Once you have this information you will have to send back the items to us as soon as possible. Returns will NOT be accepted without an RMA.

If your item is damaged in transit or has missing parts you do not have to return. You may contact our customer service team and we can replace or partially refund your purchase happily.

Please note that any return that is not due to fault of the seller, we will have the prepaid label deducted from your final refund.
